Excuse me, Mr. Romney…I just need to be clear about something. Repealing Obamacare is to be your number 1 priority if elected. You say it’s because government has no place telling people what to do when it comes to insurance coverage. Well, why is it that you implemented this program in the state of MA, and love to tout it’s success, but you’re also saying that the rest of America is not worthy of such a plan? Or are you just talking about the lazy 47% of Americans that are moochers of the government and need to be cut off? Government is GOVERNMENT…whether it’s state or federal. So please stop acting like it’s different because it’s a state.
It’s important to note that last time I checked, Governors of every state are GOVERNMENT employees. Your GOVERNMENT-mandated plan in MA was indeed just that…a MANDATE. Yes, the big, bad GOVERNMENT was HELPING the people of MA. Imagine that. Imagine the GOVERNMENT helping out those people in your former state with disaster relief in the form of GOVERNMENT assistance, due to Hurricane Sandy. You are on record as saying that FEMA should be done away with. Are you reminding your supporters of such a statement? Are you going to go tell your buddy Chris Christie, the GOVERNOR of NJ that he was wrong to praise President Obama, another GOVERNMENT employee that he was wrong to say such a thing? Are you going to encourage the present Governor, Duval Patrick to refuse the aid? Or are you going to be like your running mate, Paul Ryan and scream about GOVERNMENT assistance to states, but then get first in line for the handouts? Just askin….just want to be clear….
